About Us
Hi, I’m Lisa. Everything I make is gluten-free, baked in a kitchen that’s 100% celiac-safe, because it’s my kitchen too. I was diagnosed with celiac in 2011, and I’ve spent the years since proving that gluten-free doesn’t have to mean going without. My hope is that one bite makes you feel taken care of. I hear the same thing all the time: people can’t believe it’s gluten-free.
Delicious & Handcrafted
I bake in small batches, the way you’d bake for people you love. I chase down good ingredients wherever they are, even flying to Costa Rica for the cacao I can’t find anywhere else. Some days that’s a warm loaf of sourdough, some days it’s a tray of truffles. It’s always made by hand, and it’s always celiac-safe.
Meet The Founder
I’ve been baking my whole life. I learned beside my mother, who spent more than thirty years cooking for our local elementary school. Some of my favorite memories are the summers we spent canning, enough to last the whole year.
When I was diagnosed with celiac in 2011, it was a shock. I went home and started completely over, down to the spices and every last pan, so nothing would ever touch gluten again. My family adjusted right alongside me, and what began as “I have to figure this out” turned into something I love more than ever.
Now I get to bake for people who thought they’d have to give up their favorites. My kitchen is 100% gluten-free and celiac-safe, so every order is made with care, start to finish. That means the world to me.
