Hi, I’m Lisa, the passionate founder of Whisk with a Twist, where I specialize in gluten-free baking and sharing the joy of cooking with those who have special dietary needs. My journey began in 2011, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. As a lifelong baker, it was a huge lifestyle shift—but it pushed me to develop recipes that were just as flavorful and satisfying as the classics I grew up making.
Since then, I’ve made it my mission to create delicious, high-quality gluten-free baked goods that bring joy and comfort to others navigating similar dietary challenges. My kitchen is 100% gluten-free and celiac-friendly, so you can order with confidence knowing everything is made with care and safety in mind.
