Order from Hotplate – We bake in small batches and drop a fresh new menu every Sunday! Once the menu goes live, you can place your order online from Sunday Through Wednesday for pickup every Thursday in Gilbert, AZ. Quantities are limited, so don’t wait!
Order Anytime from the Website – Shop from a selection of staples and seasonal favorites whenever you’re craving something sweet (or savory).

Hi, I’m Lisa, the passionate founder of Whisk with a Twist, where I specialize in gluten-free baking and sharing the joy of cooking with those who have special dietary needs. My journey began in 2011, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. As a lifelong baker, it was a huge lifestyle shift—but it pushed me to develop recipes that were just as flavorful and satisfying as the classics I grew up making.
Since then, I’ve made it my mission to create delicious, high-quality gluten-free baked goods that bring joy and comfort to others navigating similar dietary challenges. My kitchen is 100% gluten-free and celiac-friendly, so you can order with confidence knowing everything is made with care and safety in mind.
